Lamisil Cream can also be used to treat skin infections caused by Candida and can be used to treat other skin infections in adults and children as well as those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Lamisil is an antifungal product. It works by stopping the growth of your fungus which helps to cure the infection. Lamisil is usually given as an easy to swallow pill. You can take it with or without food. The dosage is 2 g once daily. The course of treatment usually starts on the 10th day of your period and you should continue for at least 21 days. Once you have completely recovered your skin may feel hot and dry. Lamisil Cream may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.
